Zhenya Lindgardt

Zhenya Lindgardt is the CEO of Sera Prognostics, Inc., a maternal health biotech firm that’s championing first-of-its-kind diagnostics to improve maternal health outcomes. Sera’s most recent innovation includes the first-of-its-kind diagnostic that measures risk for premature birth using a woman’s blood proteins as opposed to genetic-based testing, which delivers more accurate results and considers each woman’s unique experience beyond inherited risk.

Zhenya previously was a member of the executive leadership team at Uber Technologies, Inc. and Senior Partner and Managing Director at the Boston Consulting Group. Since 2021, Zhenya has also served as the CEO of The Commons Project Foundation, focusing on modernizing the health industry enabling people to access their medical data. One of the organization’s flagship products, CommonHealth, is a platform for individuals to access and share all their health data, including wearables, with their physicians and family. Broader ongoing monitoring and deploying insights from the latest innovations will help clinicians to deliver better quality care and lower overall healthcare costs.

Zhenya received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from the University of Southern California. She lives in San Francisco with her husband and three Daughters.
