Vicki Lucas
For the past 35 years, Dr. Lucas has been recognized as one of the foremost leaders in Women’s and Children’s Health. She was chairman of the Division of Women and Childbearing Families at The University of Texas and is currently adjunct faculty at Johns Hopkins University. Dr. Lucas has published and presented widely across the world and is highly sought after as a keynote speaker. For over 2 decades, she served in senior executive roles across two large health systems with full-service women’s and children’s services, provider practices, women’s centers, breast centers, fetal centers and over 30,000 annual births with Level II-IV NICUs and PICUs. She had an annual revenue budget of $800M and has managed major building projects of $250M. Following her executive positions, she served as a consultant to hundreds of clients from all major health related industries across the United States, the Middle East and Europe, and has procured over $15M in grants. Her passion is to improve the health of women and children across the world through the integration of customer experience, clinical knowledge and the science of business.
