With more than 20 years of MedTech leadership, Tara is a recognized leader in women’s health innovation, with deep experience in technology commercialization, capital raising, and scaling healthcare businesses.

As CEO of Oli (Baymatob), Tara leads the development and commercialization of the Oli Maternal Intelligence Platform, an AI-enabled wearable technology focused on improving maternal and fetal health. Under her leadership, the company has progressed from early-stage development through large-scale clinical validation, while building the foundations for global commercialization.

Tara brings extensive experience across the MedTech investment and commercialization lifecycle, including venture capital, non-dilutive funding, strategic partnerships, and global regulatory pathways. Prior to Oli, she held senior leadership roles at Nanosonics, contributing to its growth from an early-stage MedTech company into a globally successful, listed business with a market cap of $2.4B.
