Robert Bunn

Robert Bunn is the founder and CEO of Ultrasound AI, where he spent 10 years building Delivery Date AI.  The software received an FDA De Novo grant (DEN250007) in February 2026, creating a new FDA device category for delivery date prediction.  Delivery Date AI analyzes pregnancy ultrasound images and gives healthcare practitioners a Predicted Delivery Date, a prediction of the actual delivery date, for singleton pregnancies in women who lack a reliable estimated delivery date.  It is an aid in clinical judgment, used alongside standard methods, and does not replace clinician review.  The research behind it is peer-reviewed and published in the Journal of Maternal-Fetal & Neonatal Medicine.  Before Ultrasound AI, Robert was a data scientist in the oil industry.  He is based in Colorado.
