Mike Nagel

Mike Nagel was appointed CEO of Raydiant Oximetry in September 2025 to lead the company through its next phase of growth, advancing from clinical studies to commercialization. With over 35 years of experience driving innovation and growth in the healthcare sector, Mike brings a strong track record of leadership. Prior to joining Raydiant, he served as CEO of Vomaris Innovations, a bioelectric wound care company, where he successfully led the company through a period of significant growth and its acquisition by global orthopedic leader Arthrex. His previous leadership roles include senior commercial positions at Neomend, Incisive Surgical, and Vascular Solutions. He also serves on the boards of EndoShunt and VenoStent.
