Melissa Reilly

Founder, STLTH CNSLTNG (former CGO/CSO Evernorth Behavioral Health)
Melissa Reilly is a healthcare executive, entrepreneur, and strategist with more than two decades of experience building, growing, and transforming healthcare businesses — and turning emerging models of care into ones that payers cover and investors back.
As Founder and CEO of STLTH CNSLTNG, a boutique healthcare growth and innovation firm, Melissa partners with founders, healthcare organizations, and investors on growth strategy, commercialization, payer and provider partnerships, reimbursement, and market entry. Her client work spans women's health, behavioral health, substance use disorder, musculoskeletal care, and care navigation — with a focus on the intersection of women's health and behavioral health, where access and coverage gaps remain among healthcare's most persistent.
Most recently, Melissa served as Chief Growth Officer of Evernorth Behavioral Health, helping shape the strategy and growth of a nearly $1 billion business. Earlier leadership roles at UnitedHealth Group, Aetna, and Cigna built deep expertise in payer strategy, Medicaid, product development, and healthcare operations. Across her career she has helped develop and advance more than 400 partnerships, pilots, and strategic initiatives — designing many of the early proof points that carried companies from pilot to coverage.
Melissa advises and serves on the boards of digital health companies, co-hosts the Hope, Power & Healthcare podcast, and holds a JD and MBA from Quinnipiac University and a BBA in Finance from James Madison University.
