Leah Sparks, CEO & Founder of Wildflower Health, has more than two decades of experience building innovative healthcare businesses in both venture-backed companies and Fortune 50 corporations.  Leah founded Wildflower in 2012 while starting a family of her own and seeing firsthand the gaps in healthcare for consumers.  Under her leadership, Wildflower has helped hundreds of thousands of women to fill gaps in care and has established a national network of clients and partners, including many of the nation’s leading health plans, health systems and OB-GYN practices. The company has received accolades for its work in women’s health, including recognition from the UCSF Digital Health Awards, Validation Institute and the Fierce Healthcare Innovation Awards.
