Kristina holds a Bachelor of Science from Virginia Tech, a Master of Public Health and PhD in Health Science with a focus on Epidemiology from Nova Southeastern University. Dr. Rosa Bolling began her career in academic medicine in 2012 with a research fellowship at John’s Hopkings All Children’s hospital focusing on autism spectrum and developmental disorders. Upon completion of her fellowship, she began her research career at the University of South Florida where she led clinical research development for the Department of Plastic and Trauma Surgery, developing and managing industry sponsored clinical trials and investigator-initiated studies. 

Dr. Rosa Bolling joined Bayer in 2019 as part of the field healthcare economics and observational research team under data generation and observational studies, covering the entire Bayer portfolio and engaging with payer customers, along with Market Access. She then transitioned in 2021 to the research strategy team within Bayer focused on Women’s Healthcare. Kristina served as the Director of Research Strategy and Epidemiology for 5 years focused on the development and execution of a robust clinical and real-world evidence generation program that has supported the launch of new Women’s Healthcare products and the life cycle management of the existing Women’s health portfolio.  

Dr. Rosa Bolling is now part of Clinical Development at Bayer serving as the Sr. Director of Lifecycle Research Strategy. In this role she is responsible for lifecycle management across the entire Bayer portfolio. Her focus within this role is the development of a robust lifecycle management plan for both inline and pipeline products focused on both real-world evidence generation and clinical development aligned to the U.S. market landscape.
