Dr. Kelle H. Moley is a globally recognized physician-scientist, executive leader, and innovator in reproductive medicine, maternal health, and translational research. With a career spanning academic medicine, global philanthropy, and pharmaceutical R&D, she brings a uniquely integrated perspective to advancing women’s health innovation.  As of May 2026, Dr. Moley serves as VP of Women’s Health and Early Clinical Development at Eli Lilly and Company.

Previously, she served as Chief Scientific Officer at the March of Dimes, where she led scientific strategy across five global Prematurity Research Centers and launched the March of Dimes Innovation Fund, a venture philanthropy model supporting early-stage maternal and infant health companies. She then became Deputy Director of Reproductive Health Technologies at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, where she oversaw a $42M innovation budget and spearheaded programs in mRNA vaccines, vaginal microbiome therapeutics, and menstrual health innovation. Subsequently, she served as Global Vice President of Reproductive Medicine and Maternal Health at Ferring Pharmaceuticals, where she leads global strategy, R&D, and Medical Affairs across a growing women's health portfolio. She oversaw clinical programs spanning Phase I through Phase IIIb trials and multiple real-world evidence initiatives.

Prior to her executive roles, Dr. Moley spent 26 years as a continuously NIH-funded physician-scientist at Washington University School of Medicine, rising to Professor, Vice Chair, and Director of major reproductive biology research centers. She has authored more than 170 publications in high-impact journals and was inducted into the National Academy of Medicine.

Dr. Moley has advised global organizations including WHO, WEF, UNITAID, NIH, FDA, FIGO, and the National Academy of Medicine. She is a frequent keynote speaker at global health and scientific forums, including the World Health Assembly, UN General Assembly, and the World Economic Forum in Davos.

She brings deep scientific expertise, proven leadership, and cross-sector partnership experience to organizations seeking to drive meaningful innovation in women’s health.
