Jocelyn Audelo RN MPH CPHQ

Senior Director, National Leader Women's & Children's Health Program , Kaiser Permanente

Jocelyn Audelo is the Senior Director leading Kaiser Permanente’s National Women’s & Children’s Health Clinical Program. In her role, Jocelyn drives enterprise-level program strategy and a portfolio of initiatives focused on clinical quality, innovation, and person-centered care. Jocelyn’s work spans development of education and training programs, spread of new digital tools and workflows to improve patient experience and access, and deep partnership with multidisciplinary teams across the organization to equitably improve care and outcomes.


Before joining Kaiser Permanente, Jocelyn worked in direct patient care delivery in both academic medical center and community settings, and also served in nurse management and quality oversight roles. She holds degrees in Human Biology, Spanish, Nursing, and Public Health, and maintains her licensure as a pediatric registered nurse. Jocelyn continues to contribute to public and private sector work focused on women’s and children’s health, including investments in the Maternal, Child, and Adolescent Health (MCAH) early career talent pool, elevating academic research around lifecourse health, and pursuing community partnerships focused on perinatal and pediatric health equity, digital programs, and care pathway development.
