Jessica Knopp-Gwynne

Managing Partner, Stagshorn Ventures

Jessica Knopp-Gwynne is a Chief Commercial Officer and P&L executive with a track record of driving growth and value creation across consumer health, pharma, and CPG. She led the commercial turnaround of a PE-backed women's health company to a successful exit within three years, and most recently served as Chief Revenue Officer of Wedgewood, a $300M PE-backed compounding pharmacy where she delivered 12% revenue growth in a market that was down 6%.

Earlier in her career at Procter & Gamble, she laid the groundwork for the Tampax Pearl launch through proprietary psychographic research into the Women's Health category, generating $1 billion in new revenue and helping shape one of the company's most successful product launches. She also led Chewy’s $4B subscription business.

Jessica currently works with PE firms on both deal diligence and portfolio company value creation, and today supports a bi-partisan coalition working to advance reimbursement policy reform in women's health. She serves as an advisor to women’s health companies including 51& and Winx. Jessica holds an MBA from the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business and a BA in Economics and Mathematics from Colby College.
