Jennifer St. Thomas is responsible for the performance and growth of our commercial and Medicare Advantage lines of business. In this role, she oversees strategies to highlight our unique value in the marketplace as part of an integrated healthcare system, fosters program innovation to support the member experience, and works cross-functionally to execute on key business priorities. Jennifer brings more than 20 years of experience in health insurance sales, employee benefits, network contracting, and value-based insurance designs. She joined Mass General Brigham Health Plan in 2017 as Vice President of New Business Sales. Prior to Mass General Brigham Health Plan, she has held positions at Tufts Health Plan and Sun Life Financial.
