Jen Stark

Jen Stark is a strategy and implementation expert with more than 20 years of experience across complex health and humanitarian organizations, with women’s health a throughline of her career. She is a co-founder of the Don’t Ban Equality platform, launched in 2019 as companies sought guidance on responding to growing state-level restrictions on reproductive healthcare and supporting their workforces. She is also a Director at BSR, a global sustainable business network, where since 2022 she has advised companies on reproductive health, inclusive business, and social impact. Previously, Jen directed investments at the Tara Health Foundation to advance gender and racial equity through the private sector, contributing to progress on paid family and medical leave, reproductive health, and workplace protections. She also founded the corporate relations program at Planned Parenthood Federation of America and managed disaster fundraising at the American Red Cross, helping coordinate efforts that raised and deployed hundreds of millions of dollars. Jen is frequently cited in the business press on emerging and flashpoint issues and advises Gauge.ai, Third Side Strategies, and RMH Compass. She holds a BA in Economics and Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is based in the greater Boston area with her family.
