Jaclyn Safrath

Jaclyn Safrath is a Medical Affairs leader with more than a decade of experience translating complex nutrition science into clear, credible guidance for consumers and healthcare professionals. At Nestlé Health Science, she manages evidence strategy and claims development across vitamins, minerals & herbal supplements, with a specific emphasis on women’s health. Jaclyn serves as the U.S. Medical Affairs lead for the Women’s Health platform, collaborating with cross‑functional teams and external experts to advance science‑backed solutions across life stages—from cycle health and fertility to perimenopause, menopause, and healthy aging.

Her recent initiatives include partnering with Key Opinion Leaders for continuing‑education programs in fertility and menopause, guiding clinical and substantiation work to underpin product claims, and supporting omni‑channel education for brands in the NHSc portfolio.

Jaclyn holds dual master’s degrees in Public Health and Nutrition Science from Stony Brook University, a BS in Nutrition & Dietetics from LIU/Post, and a BA in Psychology.
