CEO, RESOLVE: The National Infertility Association

Danielle Melfi is the CEO of RESOLVE: The National Infertility and Family Building Association, the nation's oldest and largest patient advocacy organization for the infertility and family building community. RESOLVE provides evidence-based information and emotional support to those navigating infertility, and advocates to protect and expand access to family building care for everyone who needs it. Prior to RESOLVE, Danielle served as the Chief People Officer at the White House, overseeing benefits for 2,000+ White House employees. She has advanced bipartisan policy changes at the state and federal level to support women and families, including reducing the cost of child care and prescription drugs.

Danielle was motivated to freeze her eggs after Alabama's Supreme Court temporarily blocked IVF access. That experience fuels her commitment to ensuring the next generation has the information they need to make informed choices about their fertility. She is dedicated to expanding access to all those hoping to build a family, whether those facing infertility, LGBTQ+ families, and single parents. Danielle lives in Washington, DC with her rescue dog, Jersey.
