Cass Sanford

Cass Sanford is US Venture Adviser and Syndicate Co-Lead at FemTech Lab, connecting seed-stage women's health founders with investors, capital, and go-to-market resources across the US ecosystem. She brings a legal background and over a decade in the capital-raising space, most recently at AngelList, where she built products to make venture capital more accessible to founders and funds. Prior to that, Cass served as Deputy General Counsel at OTC Markets Group. She holds a J.D. from Hofstra Law and a B.A. from Mount Holyoke College, and was named one of NYC Fintech Women's 2025 Inspiring FinTech Females.
