Barrett Pignone
Barrett Pignone is a healthcare strategist and design leader at ZS, where she helps organizations develop patient-centered solutions that improve health outcomes and experiences. With more than 12 years of experience in design strategy, Barrett works at the intersection of healthcare innovation, human-centered design, and customer experience. Her work focuses on identifying unmet needs and translating insights into products, services, and strategies that better support patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals. Her experience spans fertility, pregnancy and postpartum care, immunology, pediatrics, and metabolic health.
Barrett holds a Master's degree in Strategic Design and Management from Parsons School of Design and a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from Virginia Commonwealth University.
